Katie Bozarth is a retired Air Force veteran with 20 years of active-duty service from 1992 to 2012. She began her journey in Urgent Care in 2015 and joined UCA as the Quality Programs Manager in 2020. Her professional passion is creating opportunities for excellence in the Urgent Care community and building relationships with organizations involved in CAUCQ’s Quality Programs.

Katie has a degree in Hospitality, Fitness, & Recreation Management. She stays active with a variety of fitness & outdoor activities, is passionate about yoga, and completed her first Yoga Teacher Certification in the original 26&2 Hot Yoga.

Katie believes that small acts can make a significant impact and enjoys The Starfish Story because it perfectly illustrates this concept.
