Zayli Baez joined UCA as Quality Programs Coordinator in 2023. Although new to the Urgent Care industry, over the years Zayli has developed excellent customer service, and is keen on building relationships with others. Her organizational skills have seamlessly transferred to the Quality Programs. 

Zayli enjoys writing poetry and learning new things through reading and research. She currently volunteers at her local library tutoring young children ages 5-10 years old and provides homework help.
