Zayli Baez is a valued member of the UCA team, serving as a Quality Programs Coordinator. With nearly three years of experience at UCA, she has developed strong expertise in quality program operations and continues to bring a relationship-focused, service-oriented approach to her work. Her excellent organizational skills play a key role in supporting the Quality team’s initiatives and day-to-day operations. Zayli holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Utica University. Originally from New York City, she has since returned and is happy to call NYC home again.

Outside of work, Zayli enjoys reading on her Kindle and expanding her knowledge through independent research. She also volunteers at her local library, where she tutors children ages 5–10 and provides homework support. In addition, Zayli is a proud member of Hermandad de Sigma Iota Alpha, Inc.
