Armando Terms of Use
Acceptance of Terms. By using Armando, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the product.
License. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use Armando and any results for your personal or internal business purposes only, subject to these Terms of Use. No rights are granted other than as expressly set forth herein.
Restrictions. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, and circumvent security for Armando.
- Use Armando for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice from Armando.
- Share, distribute, or create derivative products with Armando without prior written consent from the CAUCQ Executive Director.
Intellectual Property. All intellectual property rights in Armando, including any associated documentation and white papers, remain the sole property of CAUCQ.
Disclaimer of Warranties. Armando is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that Armando will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the results provided. Without limiting the foregoing, warranties of merchantability and fitness for use are disclaimed. Armando’s usage and results should be treated for educational use only.
Limitation of Liability. In no event shall we be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use of Armando, including but not limited to lost profits, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, with any usage of the responses given by Armando. Without limiting the foregoing, your maximum remedy, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed $500.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of Armando.
Termination. We may terminate your access to Armando at any time for any reason, without notice or liability.
Changes to Terms of Use. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of Armando following any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, United States of America.
