This Quality Improvement Plan is designed for Urgent Care organizations participating in CAUCQ Accreditation needing to comply with Accreditation Standards; therefore, it uses the terminology and requirements of the Standards. Even though the Plan is designed to CAUCQ Accreditation Standards, the Plan is universal and can be used by all Urgent Care centers in their commitment to quality regardless of Accreditation participation. In addition to being designed to CAUCQ Accreditation Standards, this Plan is designed to meet the needs of smaller organizations ranging in size from one to six centers. The Plan can easily be modified to be used by organizations with greater than six centers. This product has been revised to be compliant with the CAUCQ 2024 Accreditation Standards.
