Email us with your organization name, your name, your role, and which program you’re interested in. We will send an application and all the details you need to get started.

Our standard response time is within 3-5 business days, Monday-Friday, between 9am-5pm CT.
Our office is closed for New Year’s Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Replies may be slower during UCA’s annual convention while part of our team attends the event.
Send us an email with the organization name and the address of any centers for which you need verification. If there are multiple centers, you may send them all in the same email.
