Early Certification

Just getting started and haven’t opened yet? Ask about our Early Certification Program. This program grants you provisional Certification to assist in meeting regulatory and credentialing requirements.

Steps Toward Certification

START

New to Certification? Simply email us at connect@caucq.org and we'll send you an application.

Include in your email:
• Program of Interest
• Organization's Legal Name
• Key Contact
(Full name, email, and phone no.)
• Number of Centers

Renewing? Apply 120 days prior to expiration.

APPLY

Once your application is accepted and payment is received, you’ll have access to the Resource Center.

Included in the Resource Center:
• Sample Documents
• FAQs

To finish your application, you'll submit supporting documentation that shows your center complies with Certification criteria.

REVIEW

Certification review and approval takes up to 60 days.

Once we've reviewed your application and confirmed your compliance, we'll grant your Certification for 36 months from the date of application (initial centers) or expiration of prior cycle (renewing centers).

Adding a center? Centers within the same organization are given coterminous Certification cycles for fast, easy renewal.
